Garrett Leigh is a British author, cover artist and book designer based in the United Kingdom. She writes contemporary LGBTQ+ romance, much of it about men whose lives are marked by loss, conflict or difficult recoveries. Her debut novel, Slide, won Best Bisexual Debut at the 2014 Rainbow Book Awards. Her later books include What Remains, which won a Bisexual Book Award, and Between Ghosts, a military M/M romance published by Riptide Publishing in 2016 that won the 2017 EPIC Award for Contemporary Romance. She has been a finalist for the Lambda Literary Awards four times. Alongside her own writing, she designs covers and books for other authors and publishers, which makes her a visible figure in independent LGBTQ+ publishing. Her work is read for its direct emotional focus and its attention to characters who rebuild their lives after violence and grief.
