Jung Yun is a Korean American novelist whose debut Shelter was a finalist for the Barnes & Noble Discover Award. Born in Seoul and raised in North Dakota, she writes about Korean American families, immigrant aspiration, and the violence that can fester beneath middle-class surfaces.
