Dr. Megan Anna Neff is an American clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) and the founder of Neurodivergent Insights, a platform creating mental health and wellness resources for neurodivergent adults. She discovered her own autism and ADHD at 37, after her child was identified as autistic, a personal reckoning that redirected her clinical focus toward late-diagnosed and non-stereotypical presentations of autism and ADHD. Based in Portland, Oregon, she maintains a small private practice specializing in neurodivergent-affirming therapy and co-hosts the Divergent Conversations podcast. Neff built a large public following through psychoeducational content before turning it into published work: her first book, The Autistic Burnout Workbook (also published as Autistic Burnout Recovery), released through Adams Media in 2025 as part of the "Self-Care for Autistic People" series, uses interactive worksheets to help autistic adults identify burnout triggers, manage sensory overload, and build a personal recovery plan. A second book, AuDHD Unlocked, is set for release in 2027.
