Morgan Elizabeth

American

Morgan Elizabeth writes contemporary romance from New Jersey, where she was born, in Jersey City, and stayed. She has published fast since 2021, building interconnected small-town series around recurring friend groups, so that finishing one book tells you whose story comes next: Passenger Princess opens Evergreen Park and belongs to Ava, and If This Was a Movie hands the next one to Jules. Her books run on banter, heat and a soundtrack — usually Taylor Swift, occasionally somebody else's spicy audiobook — and their author runs on iced espresso, barbecue chips and Starburst jellybeans. She lives with her mechanic husband, two sons and a toddler daughter. A framed first page of a novel she wrote at seven hangs in her childhood home, which she offers as proof that this was always going to happen.
