Pamela M. Kelley is a USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author of women's fiction, family sagas, and contemporary romance. Born in Wakefield, Massachusetts, she now lives in a historic seaside town near Cape Cod, south of Boston. Before writing full-time, she spent twenty-five years working as a corporate headhunter, and has said that reading Barbara Taylor Bradford's A Woman of Substance as a teenager convinced her she would eventually become a novelist herself. Kelley has published more than fifty books, many of them set in interlocking series on Nantucket and other New England beach towns, including The Nantucket Inn, Nantucket Beach Plum Cove, and The Nantucket Restaurant. Her novels are known for close-knit families, small-business settings, food (recipes often included), and warm, low-stakes romance, and have collected several hundred thousand reader ratings on Goodreads.
