Priyamvada Gopal is Professor of Anglophone and Related Literatures at Cambridge University. Her work focuses on postcolonial literature, anti-colonial thought, and the politics of race in Britain. She is the author of Literary Radicalism in India (2005) and Insurgent Empire (2019), and is one of the most prominent voices in postcolonial studies in the UK.
