Mariko Tamaki is a Canadian writer of graphic novels, comics, and prose. This One Summer, created with her cousin Jillian Tamaki, won the Caldecott Honor and Printz Honor. She also writes for DC and Marvel Comics, including acclaimed runs on She-Hulk and Wonder Woman.
